Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All return items must be in new and unused conditions, will all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in the original packaging and the item with original tag and in good condition, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and send a prepaid return label inside, so we can return your exchange item to you if that’s the case.
After receiving your return and inspecting the conditions of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If packaging is damaged during transportation, we will need pictures of package and damage goods to support you on your claim compensation with carrier. We will also use the pictures to complain on our side. Damage cargo will be addressed case by case with customer service, if happens.
